1General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vk1971 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vk1971 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services available at vk1971.net. 2Eligibility & Age Restriction

3Account Registration & Security

Providing false information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on vk1971. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vk1971 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts.

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vk1971 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. • Enable any available two-factor authentication features on your account for additional security.
• Notify vk1971 support immediately if you receive unexpected password reset emails or login notifications you did not initiate.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, email, or payment methods must be reported to our support team and may require supporting documentation for verification. vk1971 is not liable for communications or transactions directed to outdated account information you have failed to update.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the vk1971 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk1971 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your vk1971 account within minutes of confirmation. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• vk1971 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is 5–15 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals above certain thresholds may trigger additional verification requests.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus under which those funds were earned.

5Bonuses & Promotions Policy

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• vk1971 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of promotional abuse, exploitation, or a technical error that caused an unintended bonus issuance.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Progressive jackpot games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Contribution rates per game category are listed in the promotion-specific terms.

Where vk1971 determines that a player is engaging in low-risk betting strategies or otherwise attempting to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, vk1971 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold bonus-derived winnings, and restrict future promotional eligibility for that account.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

• vk1971 reserves the right to void or suspend betting markets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, suspected match manipulation, or information asymmetry that compromises market integrity.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are final once confirmed on-screen. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.
• Maximum stake limits may apply to individual markets and will be displayed at the time of bet placement.

Prohibited Betting Conduct

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software to place bets is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live game formats — is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display malfunctions for financial gain will result in voiding of affected bets and potential account termination.

7Account Suspension & Closure

vk1971 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following conditions apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• False, inaccurate, or misleading information was provided at registration or during subsequent verification requests.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• There is reasonable evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited betting tools.
• The account holder has applied for or is subject to a self-exclusion order and has attempted to circumvent that restriction.
• A chargeback has been initiated through a payment provider in connection with funds deposited on vk1971.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vk1971 reserves the right to withhold any remaining bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any winnings accrued through fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real money funds deposited in good faith will be returned via the original deposit method, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations or offsetting claims.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the registered payment method once KYC verification is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days for a voluntary closure to be processed.

Self-Exclusion

8Liability & Dispute Resolution

vk1971 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk1971 excludes all liability for losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of data between the player's device and vk1971 servers.
• Incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances due to software malfunctions, provided that such errors are corrected within a reasonable time and without resulting in unjust enrichment.
• Loss of winnings or bonuses due to account suspension or closure where the player is found to have breached these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use the vk1971 platform.

Dispute Process

If you believe a game outcome, bet settlement, withdrawal, or bonus application has been handled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. vk1971 aims to respond to all disputes within 3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Complex disputes involving third-party game providers may take up to 14 business days to resolve, during which time vk1971 will keep you informed of progress. The decision of vk1971, following full investigation and where applicable consultation with the relevant game provider, shall be final.
